As ever with free agency, by the time the league’s legal tampering period rolls around some of the shine has come off the class. The slew of re-signings, franchise tags, and trades that trickled in over the past week put a significant dent in this year’s free-agent crop.
Still: There were some fascinating deals on day one of free agency, and there are a bunch of difference-makers still waiting on deals.
