Team-building never stops. Teams are, of course, delighted with their free agent and draft hauls. But there are plenty of holes left on rosters across the league. With that in mind, let’s look at some deals that teams should make prior to the start of the season.

The Falcons seem all in on Project Ridder, which feels misguided. Desmond Ridder could develop into a fine starter. His game matches up nicely with what Arthur Smith wants at quarterback. And with a full year of development, working alongside a fun, flexible group of weapons, he could prove to be a solid enough starter to clinch the NFC South.
